About me

I've been in therapy since 15, healing anxiety and depression. After UC Berkeley, I pursued standup comedy but found my passion in improv and yoga. I support you in tough moments while bringing an ease to therapy. I integrate these practices at Courageous Counseling Center in Corte Madera, CA and offer telehealth.
